At The Exam Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized language instruction. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any course packs.

1. Course Pack Validity

• All course packs are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. 

• Unused sessions will automatically expire after this period and cannot be carried over, refunded, or rescheduled beyond the validity window.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

• A written request for a refund is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.

• No more than one session has been used.

• The refund request must be sent via email to jonathan@theexamacademy.com.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• The request is made after 7 days of purchase.

• More than one session has been used.

• Missed or cancelled sessions without proper notice (see Rescheduling Policy below).

• The course pack has expired.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as used sessions.

5. Transferability
Course packs are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased the package.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
In case of serious medical issues or unforeseen life events, we may offer credit or partial refunds at our sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
